You are out of luck, most sources for lookalikes are either retired or random world drops. The "easiest" way to get a set like that is the set vendor in fleet for 10,000 tech frags and 1 million credits https://swtorista.com/armor/authority or crossing your fingers and finding https://swtorista.com/armor/fitted-light-anticoncussion-mk-b , which is one of the "fitted" armors they added by the hundreds recently for the express purpose of adding retired drops as cosmetics, in the GTN

I remember getting a bunch of set pieces that look similar to this one and they all dropped in Mandalorian Raiders.
Yet the website claims they're only obtainable as quest rewards on Rishi.

(random drops seem unaffected, for example: Directive 7 still can drop green armors with "exoskeleton" in their name)
