Not only are you overlooking everything that hololive paid for, like 3D concerts, outfits, eongs, group projects, shipping, licensing, distribution, etc, but you're completely forgetting about all the sponsorships and deals she got as Gura including Sendai, sushiro, dodgers, and everything else. Dino Gura was one of the most sold merch from hololive and she got 50% of it. Sushiro made several million dollars during just its first run and she got a sizable portion of that.
She has roughly 12,000 members as Saba, but many of her members posts as Gura had 5 digit like counts and so she had way more.
Her model itself cost over 10-20 thousand dollars to design and rig and unlike before when she got it all for free, she now has to pay for all of it herself. She also needs fo pay for lawyers and registrations. From the investor reports, by the time Gura quit, merch and ticket sales were the largest percentage of a talent's earnings. Not channel revenue.
Saba will never have a big, high quality concert like holofes or anything else cover does. She will be relegated to oshispark slop and never even make back the operational costs and staff salaries. She's already averaging lower viewers than in hololive.
