>Tariffs and bad discretionary spending trends in the economy
Saba unaffected. Over a million in sales.
Tariffs are a fraction to the shipping that costs, that are as much as the merch. Cover has refused to fix that all these years, yet Gura's merch still sells out and breaks records.
Stop defending Cover's fault's. Though they seem to be returning most all focus on JP, it may be seen as the right path in the future.

>Gura's graduation literally had zero impact.
HoloEN -50% YoY. Holy shit. In any other company, people would be getting fired to let this happen.
Let me know when Cover stocks return to the point of Gura's graduation announcement. It's been almost 6 months, and it's not going to happen soon.

Meanwhile, Saba does a million dollars in merch sales. She hasn't even released her plushi yet. Cover deeply misses the shork that continued to break sales records.

>Go support Saba then

Cover is being disengenuous. HoloEN just lost its cash cow. And tariffs are lower than the shipping costs, which fans have been complaining about forever.

China isn't the only place to make cheap junk. Vietnam was among the first to make a trade agreement with the US and can do it cheaper. They've done merch with US companies, like Omocat, already. Cover just does not care enough for EN fans.

>She has 0 merch, 0 superchats, and no passive income outside of ads.
Saba just did a million in sales, and her plushie hasn't been released yet. No 50% cut to Cover.
Gura never asked for Superchats. Gives 30% cut to YouTube. More cuts to Apple, Google, Cover, etc.
Saba's ad revenue is no joke, and it is all hers. No 50% cut to Cover.
Saba is making much more than in Hololive. But also requires more work. Indie allows more freedom, but it is not the easy path.

Cover can learn from Saba on how to do merch with no tariffs and shipping.

It's hard to believe how VShojo fucked it up. Their number one priority should have been securing the income: Merch suppliers. Took them years, and they would be looking good now with fewer tariffs and lower shipping. Their talents wouldn't be leaving either if they were getting a stable income.
Nimi and Saba did it better than them.

From /#/ it was about $400k that sold out. Another $400k right after pre-orders. It may have gone over $1 million by now.

Nice having free shipping with no tariffs.
