A long time ago I dabbled in being a hard-core Ultima Online (Level 5 Treasure Hunts) EverQuest (Kunark/Velious) and WoW raider (Vanilla to Wotlk)
The main problem with modern raids is they're small. Old school raids were a cluster fuck of up to 80 people and a lot of pressure wasn't on one guy with the perfect gear/rotation and skill didn't come into play if the boss had Death Touch. Someone just had to volunteer to become the bosses suppository for the attempt.
So if she raided back in the day it was a lot different from the zoomer gear calculator crap and might have been fun.

Honestly just speculation, but given that JP has had far more gens debut within their first 5 years than EN has, and that at the moment Tempus debutting, there were a lot of fans looking forward to an EN3 announcement, I could see how that + most talent's viewpoint of him being unfavorable that it really crushed ENs momentum. The future still would have been uncertain, but I personally think that EN would have been able to hold their general popularity and capitalize on it a lot more had they had more gens come out in quicker succession like JP had. Most people really love big events, and EN has both differing timezones AND far less talent to keep those afloat comparatively.

Hi Kiara, I got some more pain relief stuff to share with you. I would recommend not taking MSM powder since you are having nightmares, the msm powder would then give you vivid nightmares so that would be the worst. I have some other stuff to recommend instead.

Basically the best pain relief I found was to perfectly relax and get my mind off of the pain. The mind is extremely powerful, so thinking about the pain and even trying to NOT think about the pain made it linger. The trick was to distract myself so i'm not even thinking about NOT thinking about the pain. Anytime I was distracted, the pain was gone. So if you keep your mind distracted or at peace and tranquility, it actually stops the pain. This is some stuff that has worked for me.

These are actually super good, you can buy epsom salts, pour a bunch into a bath, and take an epsom salt bath. It's super relaxing and healing for your muscles. You just lay there in silence and peace and relaxation. This is actually super good since being in water is super healing plus the salty water heals you as well. Just empty your mind of thoughts and enjoy the peace and silence. This is top tier.

Ocean water is cold and salty and it's super healing for that reason. I used to go lay in the ocean, just beyond where the waves form, so the ocean just gently rocked me and it's super calming. You like swimming, you might like this one as well next time you're near to the ocean.

You can also try one of these machines. I looked into electric stimulation as pain relief extensively and although I never bought one. I fully believe it works based off everything I read and I even read it may work better than pain killer pills. I never personally tried it though so I can't fully vouch for it.
