Well, depending on your age that would change the time lord that gets emphasized. If you were 24 then yeah you'd start to see a lot of sudden changes with your health and appearance since your 1st house would have Uranus transit. Uranus also isn't in the 1st house yet by degree, it's sitting in Gemini at 0 degrees and 41 minutes, which is still in your natal 12th house, so it doesn't have any energy to do stuff.

Look at the relevant planets to the question, then aspects to them then relevant house and its chart ruler. For a general reading start with the big 3 and aspects, then personal planets. But you need to look at the whole chart to understand it

Twinflames are fake and it's used as an excuse to sell love magic to people to find "their one and only." I think what they mean by split personality is your Aries rising and sun which are outgoing, dgaf, ready to jump into metaphorical battle, in contrast to your Scorpio moon which is secretive, does things on the sly, and likes to mess with people's heads.
As for twin flames, your chart clearly shows you can get intensely into someone but doesn't mean that they're your soulmate, at least in the sense of forever after. We meet people who we can learn from on a karmic level but these lessons can be hard ones. The hard lessons are the ones where we learn the most

Been some time since I asked, but I feel like I'd like to ask a kind reader to give me a reading now again to reflect on my current life circumstances which have certainly turned for the better, after having been down into Hades for so long.
