Prisons allow inmates receive letters, but it is not "unfiltered" process, it has lots of screening by prison staff, so no explicit or crypt criminal message can get out or in the prison.

It's hard to explain physics to retards, but the larger, slower cartridge has more overall muzzle energy (that whole F=m*a thing) and at 10-15 feet, all of the energy is being transferred to the victim. 45 was the right choice. This isnt a fucking debate. 450 lb/ft of energy delivered to a skull is enough to kill a man and even a hollow point with that much energy should pierce the skull, even moreso, all of his other organs.
