It's just what makes sense to me. The Void as the soil of potential manifestation had to come first and I see the Titans and the monstrous seeming beings (in service to God), born of that Void prior to the manifestation of the world as we know it. I think the Old Ones would also fit this bill. So maybe the old ones are really horrifying spider/tentacle monsters who built the foundations of the world.

Nah, the whole point of spiderwebs is its analogical meaning. How they weave a repeating pattern that meets at certain points like nodes. That's the whole point of traditions using them esoterically.

It's pretty much how causality is depicted as a tapestry, which pretty much aligns with a spider's web. It's a repeating pattern just like everything in existence, so no matter how you scope it there's always gonna be a "spider web" representation of how things lay out in reality.

In the Indra's web analogy they even place pearls at every interjection in the spider's web, those are meant to represent nodes.

Feeling pretty mindwiped in general. Started making a lot of connections, then psychic attack, then amnesia. I feel like my astral body is in a tiny grid box. I have described this previously. I do know I had a weird dream in a key timeframe where I walked up these stone steps to the door of a building, and to enter I had to swallow this large octopus squid thing. It's hard to describe it. I picked it up off the ground and swallowed it whole. Then the door opened and I entered.

Married "weird spider girl" from elementary school. She somehow has absolutely awareness of all spiders around us at all times. Doesn't matter where we are or what we're doing- she nearly always says "well there's one right here and another over there".
She scares the SHIT out of me sometimes in the garage or the woods because I'll be walking along and she yells STOP! And knowing the spider ability, I assume I'm walking into some crazy shit but then it's just the tiniest little baby spider on a nearly invisible strand. She doesn't want me to run into them and always takes the strand to properly relocate them.
Anyway I've grown to appreciate spiders from this relationship.
