Get a handle on all the mundane physical stuff first - sleep, diet, exercise, sunlight, not sitting at a computer all day etc. You don't have to become a bodybuilder or a gymnast or whatever but you should have a physical practice. A lot of /x/philes look down their nose at this stuff but disregarding it is just going to make any magic more difficult. Yoga is probably the most /x/ common form of exercise

Meditation obviously. When it comes to clearing emotional/mental noise I personally to do some kind of positive practice (such as sitting repeating mantras or affirmations specifying all the details I associate with my ideal mental state, and envisioning them while I do it), rather than the usual strictly negative advice people give (eg "don't browse social media, don't hang around negative people, don't smoke weed...")

i remember reading a pastebin or something from here years ago that basically outlined a procedure for exactly this. it basically involved training multitasking with a variety of activities, one of which I'm pretty sure was juggling. I wish I could remember where it was.

Unironically seize total control of your brain and the thoughts it produces. Whenever you feel like your brain is drifting away to random or pointless thinking, immediately do something that helps you regain focus. It can be meditation, or reading a difficult book, or even a game of chess. Holding your breath and closing your eyes for a while clears out all that brain noise. By having 100% control of your brain, you have control of your perspective reality and eventually control of the material reality. Its a tough mountain to climb, but once you get there, nothing will be able to stop you because you will have 100% clarity of the mind

If you wanna improve your capacity to learn and retain in general, I suggest the method of loci (make sure you encode the information correctly).
I also have a theory that opening the third eye would improve your working memory (if someone has more experience with this than me I'd like to talk about it)

hell yeah I'm ready to die my life has been hell. If you can imagine idk the pope was trying to go to the bmv and the person he got was a sassy urban lady or some shit you know. I just think the speed limit is idk exactly what I say it is. Other people go like 90 and die, in reality and metaphorically, and others go too slow or are not driving maybe they are barbecuing in the middle of the road.

I'm not a total incel but when you are missing out, when you are a desperate loser, when you are starving, of course you dream of even a saltine. The rich could never enjoy the feeling of getting what you aren't necessarily entitled. I kinda fucked myself being into idk science and stuff but even this time is just not important. But I can still remember sometimes how things used to be cuz I hate how far things have gone, just being a kid and and valuing your day but still having dreams that weren't crushed. Most memories I'd gouge from my mind now if I could but I still think back to what never was like adult swim yule log or ashton kutcher knowing in one timeline we were happy
