Its a long struggle. What worked for me is being patient and controlling the relapse. Relapse once and get back on track. Don't let a week's good work turn into a 6 month' long fapfest just because you fucked up once. Meditate, but start small with it. You can just do a couple of simple prayers each day. Read a couple of pages of books each day. Start going for walks and exercise. Start small with everything and build the foundation for long-term success.
