I'm not ugly, I'm not fat, I'm not short, I don't hate women, I have hobbies, I can hold a conversation, I'm not shy or unconfident (I actually get told I'm charismatic?), I don't have social anxiety, I'm not porn addicted (don't even watch it). I'm on this site so clearly there's something wrong with me, but everyone I meet here tells me I have a good mix of normie social skills and imageboard retardation
So I guess I'm "likeable", just not in a romantic sense. I've never received any attention from women, and yes, I've actually tried to talk to them. The closest I've come to being liked is getting used for attention by women with BPD lol. I'm approaching my mid 20s and I'm still a khhv

How long have you been trying? I got out of a relationship like a year ago, and it's only recently that I've met a girl I think there's a good chance I'll go on a date with again. For most of that time I was actively trying to meet women.

This stuff takes determination, effort, and time until you get lucky enough to meet someone you like that likes you back.

As for dating app stuff, you gotta remember that the internet is shallow and dehumanizing. Instead of having the chance to use your charisma and be an interesting person, it's almost entirely based off of your looks and photography skills. (And also a sausage party so girls online have lots of options.)

The truth is that there is no answer here, other than one hasn’t come along yet. If you talk to them and have the majority of your milestones reached, you should be fine unless you’re delusional and you just need patience.

Only real advice is maybe be a bit more assertive, don’t wait to make “friends” with the girls first, if you aren’t doing that already.

I get it, it's not a dichotomy. Human personality traits form a multi-dimensional continuum. But at the same time, using imageboards is strongly correlated with certain personality traits that are relatively rare in the general population. Or to put it less autistically, I meet women on this site that I really like, but I never meet women like that in real life (and yes, I got outside).

I've actually already tried this, but with platonic friends irl. It doesn't work out well. I got friends, but they were only interested in the fake personality I presented, not in the real me. And I wasn't really interested in them because we had basically nothing in common

I feel like usually when guys say stuff like this, the issue is that they act openly onions and let women walk all over them, and that behavior attracts attention whores. But I don't think I act like that

Growing up girls would ask me to hold their bags and stuff, I learned then that if I said no, they would be more attracted to me. This doesn't mean "be an asshole for no reason," it means stand up for yourself and don't aim to please.

When a girl really likes you and wants to fuck you you will know, hell some are shy and don't even give signals but the moment you ask they're all over you. Basically you want them to at minimum kiss you on the first date, thats where I stop, I'm not a fan of first date sex, but some people wont even proceed in a relationship if they can't fuck on the first date.

another part of the issue is that because I've experienced basically zero romantic interest from women, it can be hard for me to tell the difference between legitimate attention and attention whore baiting.
