Weight Loss For Lazy POS
I've always been a fat kid, and while I evened out a bit as I got older, I still wouldn't mind slimming up a little. Even 20 pounds would make me look skinny, but no matter what I try it seems like the opposite always happens. Eat less? Exercise? Gain 20lbs. Lay around all day? Eat whatever I want? Lose 20lbs. I've already attempted a calorie calculator for defecits and followed workout routines and haven't had much luck, even harder now that I drink.
Any advice would be appreciated.

>20 minutes of exercise and some light exercise at work
>zig-zag calorie defecit (cuz I like food) of 1500 five days a week and 2400 two days a week.
>12-15 drinks a week, usually kept to two days of the week
