I was thinking too, she likes to rub her face/neck against my glasses. The same area of neck where the bump is has always been an itchy spot for her too, like for years. Since she's older, maybe the itching caused some sort of injury? The skin doesn't look broken or irritated though. I could be worrying too much, but I can't help it. Thankfully her behavior is the same and she's eating just fine.
