Only some of the people who see something and leave are going to go out of their way to report it, that is just a fact. You can't just be banning every ip that didn't send a report. Reporting cp is the right thing to do, but telling the public they are "obligated" or they're banned is complete faggotry when it's on you to moderate or hire mods/volunteers. Telling people they have to self moderate other people or else is commie shit.
