So, the keys i left on my house are also a remote fob and they clip onto my beltloop. I keep a normal key IN the car just so i can start the engine without removing the key from my belt loop. I used that key to drive the car and not knowing i didnt have the fob on me, left that key in the car as i got out locking the doors

i know that shit can be cloned/spoofed fairly easily, especially if someone knows i have a tag in my hand, but probably around the same level of security as a keyfob

also i want VR tracking nodes throughout my body, but i don't know if there's a good solution for that
they'd need to be small and non-invasive, and able to be coated in one of a few safe materials, without disrupting the tracking, and probably need to be unpowered (or externally/wirelessly powered) as well

probably gay and unnecessary though, or atleast not worth it for when one of them eventually fails & causes an infection

oh hell. be smarter about it. form good habits.

don't get locked out of your home: when leaving, make it so you have to have the fucking keys in your hand before you can even open your front door to leave. stick them in the lock on the inside and give it a turn.
same with the stupid fucking car. figure out the sequences you go through. figure out what things you have to have on the same key chain, to make them into "one" thing, so you will always notice that you lack a thing when you can still fix that.

getting locked out is a matter of doing stupid things like walking out the door while leaving the keys inside, then the door closes from a gust of wind or something. that is stupid. always make sure you keep your hands on the keys.
