Hey bros, I was about to eat a can of viennies, and I noticed there was a super rare end piece! I thought you might get a kick out of this.

You can actually find them quite easily. As you are picking a can, try shaking it while pinching the pan between your thumb and index finger. Move the point pinched around in a circle as you would imagine the sausages are located within the can and continue shaking. Finally, pinch the middle part and shake. The end parts are not flush against the lid or bottom of the can due to their shape, and you can actjally feel the difference as they slide around. It is very subtle, hence you only use your thumb and index, to better feel the reverberations.
I always use this trick and my friends congratulate me on preparing rare and interesting dishes. They don't know I have a trick, they think it's luck.

I always have a cupboard full of these and sardines and tuna and salmon and kippers. But I never eat them because I can hardly keep up with all the fresh meat I buy. To get a deal on steaks or chops you buy a bigger package, and that means freezing or eating it every night. I like variety so I have chicken, beef, pork, and fish going. I get something like a pack of good hot dogs and I eat one and then it's back to cuts of meat. That kind of stuff just becomes a waste because it sits in the cabinets until expired. But when I'm shopping it always seems like a good idea. Like if the power goes out. Got the landline and the flashlights and the generator and the vienna sausages just in case the big event happens. But it never happens.
And my craving for those sausages ends after a single bite.

They're tamales. They're supposed to be soft and tender, not crispy. They're traditionally a wet corn batter that gets steamed for hours in corn husks. They're never supposed to have a crispy texture or crust.
