As far as we know, they are not, Lucifer in this setting did not rebel against heaven so they are likely born from hell, however in the leaks there is a particular character that looks somewhat like a goetia so maybe there is some possibility.

I wouldn't go that far. The majority of the source texts were Coptic, Jewish, Shia Islamic, and Greek. All of which though nominally monotheistic tended to have more complex and nuanced views of the spirit world than the western church. Compare the work of Michael Psellos to King James for example. Both are christians writing about how dangerous demons are but James writes like Billy Graham and Psellos sounds like hes writing the fucking mothman prophecies.

I remember the Goetia being described has greater fallen angels that commanded hell's legions. They're described as demons that could theoretically be summoned in the Lesser Key of Soloman, but won't appear since they can't be bothered with such meager reasons(very convenient reasoning). Being demons, demons are fallen angels. Seeing that the show pulls a lot of it's lore from Judaic mysticism, this makes sense.

Depends on what you're looking for. I'm assuming you aren't as interested in the intricacies of who got to see the Priest physically preform the opening steps of the Eucharis and how close they could be in the Middle Ages, or Karaite vs Rabbinic debates on eating warm food on Shabbat.
But even with that narrowed down its still a massive field with no fixed starting point. In terms of things directly related to the show I'd say Heaven and Hell: A History of The Afterlife by Barth Ehrman is great for beginners. But other than that you'll need to be more specific on your interests.

Anyway, Stolas loves Blitzo, but only because he is:
A: His childhood crush and friend
B: Never hurt him or his loved ones (Stella is free game)

So to him, hurting his apprentice (and possibly his future body depending if we're doing the grimdark thing) it would make Stolas get utterly furious at the IMP. There would be a big arguement, Blitzo admonishing Stolas for forcing Anon on his jobs as a lackadaisical way of befriending each other, and Stolas being such a hotheaded asshole and paralyzing his apprentice

Blitzo doesn't technically need Stolas for his jobs anymore thanks to the crystal mcguffin, but he does need the owl as emotional validation for his shittiness.
Stolas on the other hand, may feel hurt if he cuts ties with Stolas, but as we saw in the Apology Tour episode, he is capable of moving on to some extent, and maybe even grow emotionally

No. The Ars Goetia and the Western Solomonic tradition is a weird amalgam of multiple sources even if pic related makes a good case for the initial seeds being Jewish. And even then there's evidence that the real beginning came from Egyptian astral magic with the 72 decan gods.
The concept of the Ars Goetia came from the Greek probably Christian Testament of Solomon which does feature Solomon binding 72 demons that don't resemble the Ars Goetia at all. Only some of them are fallen angels, some are former humans or nephilim, all of them have Greek names, all of them are tied to astral phenomena and lastly, Solomon just used them for manual labor instead of insight. They also had to be thwarted with specific angels instead of generic exorcism rites.
The Jewish Grimoires we have don't list 72 demons and usually have between 7-9 chiefs subservient to various demon kings. Only the chiefs would be individuals with attributes and he'd just loan you some of his nigh faceless horde of subjects. Something I assume is because demon and fallen angel are too different things in Judaism.
