It's interesting seeing the reactions to the direction the episode took, I've seen a pretty equal split between people who liked it trying to emulate a faithful Tom and Jerry cartoon and being unlike other DBs, and people who thought it was disappointing and wanted a more over the top traditional fight. Personally I liked it but that might be partly because it's unlike anything else the show has done.

It depends ENTIRELY on what resources Toga is allowed access to. She can copy anyone whose blood she ingests for a limited time, even copying their powers. So Toga fighting with zero blood to use and Toga fighting some access to blood she has canonically had access to in MHA are entirely different tiers of power.

For the most extreme example: in MHA she sets off what is essentially an apocalyptic scenario where she sets off what is essentially an infinite combo. using a stolen multiple-man style quirk where that she manages to spin into being able to make as many copies as she wants, and all of the copies can ALSO make as many copies as they want, an army that grows exponentially to thousands and tens of thousands of copies in just a couple minutes.
But because the copies are copies *of her* copying someone else's powers, while they will spawn in as copies of the multiple man character they can then shapeshift to whoever else she has stolen the ability to shapeshift into as well. Their only special weakness being that if you damage them enough they just turn into mud, and that they are not a hivemind (each copy has its own copy of her mind and identity, despite being a temporary copy).

Toga with no blood is just a sneaky ninja girl that can maybe copy you and your powers if she can cut you. Toga already armed with some blood scales has canonically hit country-level threat. Anyone who is a match for Toga in the former case gets completely annihilated in the later.

I believe that the specific description of the killing curse, such as anything is ever really defined in Rowling's extremely thin setting, is that Avada Kadavra blasts the person's soul out of their body on contact, and this is nearly impossible to block such that no reliable defense against it exists in-setting other than to not get hit.

So, RAW, it wouldn't work on things that don't have souls (robots), things that don't have BODIES (dementors and other spirits), and anyone who can avoid the spell hitting them in the first place. physical cover seems to work, dodging definitely works so speed boosts should be effective, etc.

Going intangible to have the spell phase through you is a borderline case. It *might* work. But since the spell does target the soul, there is a chance that trying this would just get you killed. No way to know for sure until someone tries it.

Duplication is very strong because it can make copies not just of the original quirk user, but they can make copies of other people as well. But it does require studying them in detail to do so, you can't just do it at a glance.

Other powers of people can has copied that I can recall include illusions (camie), Frog-themed physical abilities including wall climbing and super jump (Froppy), and gravity control (Ochako), the ability to freeze something she touches in place, even if its in midair, such that no amount of physical force can make it move (lockdown), make things decay on contact which is an instant kill power (Shigaraki), fire generation and control (Dabi), and earthbending (Pixiebob).
there are probably others, I forget. I don't think she has actually copied all of those powers onscreen before, but she has copied the people so that means she has the ability to copy their powers if she has access to their blood even if she only canonically used a couple of stolen powers onscreen (gravity and duplication).

Just talking about him vs the what if of a killing curse touching and not making it about a wider vs i do say it really aught to still get through it.

We're shown that the power behind the unforgivable curses are variable based on the caster's intent/conviction. They're not automatically divinely blessed with max power just because they are what they are. The kids try to use Crucio and are too soft (not an insult) to really make it land like it should. Whether it's weak or with all the convictions of a wizard hitler, you're still going to die.

It's one of the big famous spells in the setting; if people say it has never failed prior to Harry, it's reasonable to at least assume that it's been tested against, and succeeded against, most of the other things in the setting one could expect to encounter.

I agree Toga should at the very least get Twice and Ochako's abilities via Transform since she used them on-screen but I find giving her the rest feels more dubious and on the Potential Man side, especially when in one scene she becomes frustrated over her inability to use Shigaraki's Decay for instance while transformed into him because she doesn't have a strong enough emotional connection to him, even though she does like him.
You could instead say Double would be able to replicate those abilities with the copies which is reasonable enough I think seeing as the time it failed when it should've worked was due to extremely situational factors. Which is why not having those abilities via Transform actually doesn't really matter since Double is busted as hell and basically carries her whole arsenal.

I think Neo's Overactive Imagination, edges Twice out for a few reasons:

None taken. In general, it’s not always so bad to have a small fanbase. Asura was sacrificed (albeit unfortunately), but the upside is more people can see how much deranged “lore” wanking you need to get someone like Kratos past planet level, much less above where Asura is at. For example, Asura easily broke the Chakravartin’s statue’s head in destructor form with a single punch. The video shown was what that statue (a MUCH weaker state of Chakravartin) was doing at the end. Yes, those are galaxies coming out of it at the beginning (since Chakravartin said he was destroying and remaking the universe). That explosion afterwards with all the white sparkling things shooting out at the end, those were galaxies as well.
I cannot tell you the amount of cope one needs to say with a straight face that Kratos beats that. The absolute dissonance between actual feats and “statements” in KratoSura is ridiculously absurd. You can see it in how reliant the Kratos segment was with having him beat “a guy who did a thing that looks nowhere near impressive as anything in AW, but this one flowery sentence in this novel says it was universal+++!”. Also there was practically no mention of any actual feats Kratos did on his own outside of beating other people up. Then you compare Asura’s segment and it’s pretty cut and clear they have Asura DOING SHIT that doesn’t involve “I beat this guy so I leech off him and become universal+++”, like the part with Asura the Destructor destroying planets and stars, because how can they fucking not? It’s Asura, the guy with a shitload of insane visual feats to pick from (all from a 7 hour game).
Basically, Kratos beating a top tier DC, Marvel or DB character will mindbreak a hell of lot more people than Krasura did.
