Supermans personality is pretty damn consistent in most stories he's in (other than Elseworld stuff). Supergirl doesn't even have a consistent origin story and her personality is different across so much of media. Sometimes she's a full tomboy (DCSHG), sometimes she's sweet like in the silver age comics, and sometimes she's a bratty teen like in JLU, though you could argue she's more aggressive now as a consistent trait. Superman is still almost always a boy scout.
