Maka, they will either completely ignore how she shouldn't scale to Black Star and give her full wank with the moon's mass being equal to earth to Pull whatever big number they want.
Or they might actually address the fact that Maka is not supposed to be strong but still argue that since she tanked hits from Kishin Ashura (without Black Blood Dress), keep up with Crona using a heavier Scythe (Spirit), and could hurt Kishin Ashura, she would still win in power because even scaling her to Half of what Crona and Black Star could do would still be millions of times stronger than Ruby.

Equals. Using the Time she used Spirit to fight back against Crona they will either scale her to Crona (who by the end is faster than Black Star) or just give her a fraction of that speed (with the same reasoning I used above) either way since Ruby's whole deal is speed they will pull the same argument they used in GvS3: Maka is quantifiably faster but Ruby's semblance would allow her to keep up.

Personally I think outside of just saying "more time fighting means more experience" they should be roughly equals. It is part of Maka's character arc the fact that she is weaker than Black Star and Kid, this is hammered over and over again during the whole manga, and is the source of Maka's insecurities.
She overcomes this not by out muscling Black Star and punching the big bad guy in the face but rather by leaning into her own strengths, learning new abilities, unlocking the full power of her soul, turning Soul into a Death Weapon, and working hard.
Even in the final fight Kishin Ashura recognizes Black Star as something beyond humanity, Kid as a true Shinigami, but Maka as just a pathetic human that shouldn't be around him.
Don't get me wrong, Maka is weaker than her peers but she isn't a glass canon or just a support.
As I said she survived direct attacks from Kishin Asura without her Black Blood Armor, could keep up with Crona using a heavier weapon, and in the end it was thanks to her that the big bad guy was sealed (and to do that she needed to hurt him twice to enter and exit his body)
