What kinda pseudoscience is this. The majority of people who experience acne into adulthood are typically suffering from hormonal acne. It's not caused by a deficiency of vitamin D. I've literally had it for more than 20 year, and accutane cleared it in a few months with tolerable side effects. I get bloodwork done monthly to monitor lipids and liver enzymes. Side effects obviously vary from person to person. Also, there's no such thing as a cure for acne. Why look for a "natural cure" when there's modern medicine.

Just make sure you do everything a little better than your average peer. Eat a little healthier, cook more often, exercise more, move more, get up more often if you have an office job, drink more water, indulge in a little less entertainment and screen time, and be a little stricter with your bedtime and general sleep hygiene. Beginners who are lifting for aesthetics or to get a gf should not do squats or deadlifts.

If you're DYEL, your arms are probably toothpicks and you need to develop them in order to have an aesthetic build. If you're fat, you probably have a decently developed lower body already from carrying around all that weight for years.

Priority muscle groups for beginners should be:

Women (and men) like big arms and shoulders, not T-Rexes. Once your upper body is decently developed, you can then start to incorporate squats to develop your glutes and quads.

Pine pollen works.

I ordered a tincture from amazon, a glycerite to be specific.The first time I took a dropper full of it I almost instantly got an erection and, may the Lord forgive me for saying this, leaking precum. Awhile later, I noticed I was more alert, awake, and energetic, and I leaked precum whenever I got an erection, which has happened more frequently before I took the pine pollen.
