I know this gonna sound like "new thing bad, old thing good", but the Needolin and the Silk Soar are deeply inferior to the Dream Nail and the Crystal Dash.
They are useless in combat and only unlock a tiny amount of things (even tho Silksong is bigger).
They should have worked better on the combat use of the Needolin and added more melodies with different effects.

Protip: Don't repeatedly press the button. Hold your finger stiffly against it and come as close as you can to depressing it without fully pressing it, then vibrate your entire arm. I've looked into the risks of GLP-1 medication and the most alarming things are thyroid cancer (""inconclusive"" in humans for now, but was a problem when tested on animals, so probably going to be a problem in the future) and stomach paralysis (pretty rare, but if you have it, you have it for life)
Mind you I'm not really for or against the medication, or other drugs for that matter. Just something people need to keep in mind for their own risk/reward factor. If someone's morbidly obese then yeah they probably should take it, but if someone's a 220 pound/30% bodyfat fatty McFatty, then maybe not.
