No, it only has that one version of lorebook inside the png. If you import the lorebook from a card, you now have a copy of it that's stored externally in the worlds folder.
If you edit the lorebook, both the one in the worlds folder and the one embedded in the card will get updated since they're linked.
However if you update the card - like with the update option or replace the png, it doesn't automatically update the lorebook being used. You have to delete the lorebook and reimport it from the card.
