I remember seeing a tan one with a thordsen stock like that, only the original factory side-folder was still there. It was present, but obstructed. There was some debate if it was technically still an assault weapon given the fact that the offending feature was still present. Either way, much head-shaking ensued.

on a fucking BP gun? do you even know what that is?

sarcasm aside, the only thing missing from the list of guns i had were pistol grips, and that was only on an AK (which i illegally cut the fin off of, making it a normal grip lol)
shotguns & 22lr don't apply to those rules, and threaded barrels are perfectly fine if you use a compensator (even if it removes flash lol)
the laws were shockingly easy to follow, and ironically enough, they actually had a VERY nice assortment on guns in cali

30rd mags were an issue either
they always sold them with a shitty rivet stuck in them that you could literally pull it out by hand, and i even once had a mag that broke the rivet when i loaded it, making it a 30 on the spot

I'm a calicuck and I thought this graph was bullshit so I looked it up
Turns out it's not bullshit but kind of misleading. It's not a graph of people that are on welfare, it's about state budgets and federal funding. California, since it has such a large economy, is less reliant on federal aid to meet it's budget reqs.

If you actually ask which state has the most residents reliant on gibs, it's California.
>34.6% Californians are on medical
>CA has the highest number of SNAP recipients

Tldr CA ranks at top 5 somewhere in there for welfare queens, not that that was any surprise. Your graph is only to do with the states budgets. Also, CA has a budget crisis and is trying to actually get more federal aid right now. So even this graph won't be useful to "own the 'pedes" soon.

Let's not spread misinformation on 4chan dot com. As californians we have a duty to the rest of the country to be honest about how bad it really is here.

That is a big part of it. Lots of wealthy taxpayers and businesses. A lot of them cheat and pay few or no taxes too, so the sum could be a lot higher.

Nevada by comparison is more of a dependent state, but that makes sense due to a low population density and large presence of the federal government in the state. There are a lot of military bases, public land and various federal projects requiring well maintained infrastructure in order to interconnect everything. The state government is also very hesitant to tax regular people, taxing gambling and retail sales instead.

Every state has different situations with their population, economy and environment so this one metric doesn't make one state necessary better or worse than another.

If it is a shotgun then yes. If its a pistol then no. But maybe. Nobody really knows. I've seen a few Taurus Judges and Circuit Judges in shops around me so either they're legal or they aren't but the FFL doesn't know or care.

Regarding the confusion around what is and isn't banned, its confusing on purpose. There's no official guidance from the State on the ban list. There also haven't been any FFLs popped for transferring a banned item either. So many FFLs just over-regulate themselves out of fear too so no two FFLs operate the same anymore. Its really fucking frustrating.

An SKS is illegal in California if modified to take a removable magazine, even if the rest is featureless. Specific provision in the AWB because they were cheap as dirt in the 1990s and got used by roof Koreans.

They are also illegal if they have the muzzle grenade launcher like on the M59/66. That is due to a totally different law governing "destructive devices" rather than "assault weapons" so it is not well known or enforced.
>>64083555
Yep. If it is just possession they usually plea bargain for probation without any actual prison time if you are white or Asian. It is still a felony on the books though so you are nogunz4lyf from that point forward, and it applies outside of CA as well if you move because you are still pleading guilty to a felony, even if the sentence is suspended.
Happened to one poor bastard hiding a collection of Gucci non compliant rifles under his bed when the people he was renting the room from had a DV go down and police were sweeping the house. A locked $100 stack-on cabinet would have saved his ass.

Not necessarily. They asked for Ruger to pay for a study on the impact of their firearms sales to communities affected by gun violence, and from there to potentially re-evaluate the ethics of selling some of their models.

A shareholder can ask the company they own shares in to do or not do certain things. Theoretically this should be in the interests of themselves and other shareholders, but it can be argued that being a more responsible firearm manufacturer can set a positive example and thereby bring in business from people who would otherwise not want to buy a gun from them. That's clearly not the case since their business exploded the second Bill died and they stopped doing that exact thing, but they can imagine whatever they want.

People buy shares in companies in order to have some leverage in pushing them towards a more "ethical" direction all the time. It is rare for a coalition like that to actually own enough shares that they have any voting powers, but it definitely makes a difference in how upper management is supposed to respond to their requests no matter how idiotic.

If you ever talk with an anti-gun person, their definition of "compromise" is not both parties gaining something in a tradeoff, but it is the anti-gun position merely not getting 100% of what they want at the moment. I've never seen an anti-gunner offer to give something back to get something.

Unrelated I'd be shocked if SCOTUS gives us anything cool again any time soon. Bruen was cool, but also in a way it just locked the status quo in place by looking at "common" guns. Something like full auto guns are not common. Regardless of the fact it comes from the NFA which is exactly what people are trying to remove, SCOTUS can just say "well for the last 90 years full auto hasn't been common so it fails the test". It's kind of enforcing circular logic that helps existing Fed level gun laws stay in place.

Whatever you do, stay away from Eastern Orthodoxy. People adopt it because it is unique, foreign, mysterious, "based", or whatever. Perhaps it happens to align with somebody's political ideology at the moment, but it is all bullshit. That church exists purely to reinforce the power structure of whoever controls the Russian state at any given time, with the exception of the USSR which specifically rejected it as a vestige of the previous monarchy that it had overthrown.

There isn't really anything deep about it. EO was a sock puppet for the Czars from the very beginning of its existence. I cringe when I see Americans who don't understand anything about Russian culture or history adopt it just to feel special and enlightened.

I say this as a Russian who emigrated to America decades ago. My grandmother was devoutly EO but she kind of did it her own way and had her own connection with God, so I see that a bit differently than non-Russian fools adopting it as a political fashion accessory.

I wouldn't pick a church tied to an ethnicity that you aren't part of any more than I would pick a church over politics, since that can change.

The only criteria should be that it helps you better connect with God, in whatever way works. I just think the trend of people adopting EO which is both politically and to a lesser extent ethnically tied to the Russian state and people doesn't make sense. I also feel it does a poor job of providing spiritual connection since it is based around the ideology of being enslaved to God [and by extension the state or people who run it]. Much like a lot of Islamic countries, this creates a religious organization that is really a political entity meant to shield power brokers from accountability rather than provide people spiritual enlightenment and render them all equal and fallible before God. Only EP sucks at doing even that because Russians barely care about it at all and only a small proportion are religious or go to church in the first place.

I live downtown in Chicongo (money, for a few more years). I have compliant firearms and some other stuff thanks in part to Missouri. None of the stuff sees the light of day most years.

Be carefulnout there. Nothing is as bad as a felony and a statutory bar on firearms ownership. You wouldn't want to live here withoutbthe legal ability to carry.

Offtopic-ish but the Varmint Rifle is literally just the Savage 93FV. Like damn near exactly, just without the hole in the stock. The polymer version is maybe a hair more Rat Slayer though.

I also fell for the BCA upper meme and it is by far the worst upper I've ever owned. It's falling apart, rusting like crazy and barely cycles consistently and I've only taken it out to the range twice

Where do you get that furniture? I’ve wanted it since I’ve seen it, specifically the hand guard. I’d love to put a set of furniture on a .50 beowulf but owing one in comparison to 5.56 may be a bit impractical and expensive.

It's true that usually white druggies are the ones out sunbathing in public for some reason. In the Inland empire, any roaming vagrant is usually white.

That said, I don't go near black or brown ghettoes and they usually just overdose in their homes and cars.
