And so far, even if some sort of deal is reached and the Islamic Regime manages to survive, its entire military complex has basically been wiped out, with most of its top generals, scientists, and engineers eliminated. This means that any remaining proxies would be on life support, with virtually no hope of receiving (semi-)advanced weaponry or proper military guidance.
