my friend flies for a cargo airline and makes 225k a year. has a wife and 2 kids, a 380k house pre-pandemic, wife doesn't work, drives a 2019 honda civic and lives comfortably. I make 110k a year, have a 350k house, work from home, single, drive a 2017 toyota corolla and live pretty comfy. no debt other than mortgage helps, but shit still seems pretty average despite making 6 figures. boomers had it very good.

>30-40K extra income from your normal income or she is going to complain and want to do her own career. So 40K a year for this.

Sigma Grindset Dropshipping Plan™

Step 1: Wake up at 4AM. Cold shower. Watch a Tate reel. Ignore your mom yelling about the trash. You’re building an empire.

Step 2: Blow $997 on a course from a shirtless 20-year-old in Dubai with a rented Lambo and no receipts. Knowledge = power = debt.

Step 3: Pick a niche no one asked for—like Bluetooth dog composters. Do zero research. Real hustlers trust vibes, not data.

Step 4: Slap together a Shopify store using a template from 2011. Include countdown timers, fake scarcity, and 240p stock pics of people holding the product upside down.

Step 5: Run Facebook ads with $8 and a dream. Target “humans.” Use Helvetica on black. When no one clicks, post “dropshipping is saturated” on Reddit.

Step 6: Fake it. Buy 5k followers from a bot farm in Moldova. Post a selfie with a Starbucks cup and a rented Tesla. Caption: “Escaped the matrix. DM to learn.”

Step 7: You’re broke but blame “haters” for not seeing your vision. Block your bank. Screenshot your Stripe dashboard—just the $2.03 test payment.

Step 8: Pivot. Sell a course teaching dropshipping after 19 days of failure. Charge $2,497. Call it “eCom Warrior Academy: The System THEY Don’t Want You to Know.” Include a free “wealth mindset” PDF (aka random Napoleon Hill quotes).

Final Boss: Get a face tattoo that says “Passive Income” in cursive. You never made a dime, but you looked busy on IG, and that’s what counts.

Congrats, king. You didn’t build a business, but you built content.

Starting with the 996 gen car, 98 to present, each generation had a color that was standard...eg in the 98-05 that color was artic grey(silver). Aside from a handful of black, every car they made that was not specifically ordered(in Porsche lingo it's called 'paint to sample's) the car was silver. That's why their are so few red(guards red) and yellow(race yellow) cars....

It's sad that this isn't even a joke. Women are gigantic money pits. Although that implies that you yourself put money into them. They kinda just steal your money...

Never ever have a joint account with a woman. That's game over.

Brand new 911's are now absolutely ridiculously priced. A base, zero option c2 Carrera is now 129,950 dollars. Absolutely fucking retarded, but Porsche can get away with it and are becoming the new Ferrari.
And the thing is, they do this because you have super rich fags that want a gt3, but the only way they can get one is to buy 2 Carreras first, and they will pay any price and Porsche prices accordingly.
I wanted a 911 my whole life and finally bought one(a 1999). I wish I did it 20 years ago but whatever.

996 and 997 fundamentally are the same car. They handle the same and really what matters is when was the suspension last refreshed. The 996 is slightly lighter though as it has less nanny shit and less luxury shit in it, so it's faster, though you would not be able to tell the difference as we are talking about .2 seconds 0-60 diff for example.
The very early ones, 98-99, have actual throttle cables and are not throttle by wire...they are the last truly full analog 911 and that is what you really want.

The wife and house part is easy at $200k. The car you need to save or trade up if you already have a decent weekend car. It won't happen overnight, but fix your budgeting if a $100k car isn't a goal you can hit in 5ish years (if that's what you really want to spend your money on, like I do).

Capitalism is a jewish scam which runs on perpetual geometric expansion of the fiat currency supply and inevitably periodically fails through either hyperinflation or massive depression and cancellation of large swaths of the fiat currency supply, where the working class have their fiat savings cancelled in bank "failures" or "bail-ins", like in the Cyprus banking crisis.
Capitalism cannot afford to purchase its own aggregate internal production at a price which it is profitable to produce that output at, unless the money needed to constitute the profits is continually added to the system, such as by creating fiat currency (or more of it than is already in existence) or allowing counterfeiting or debasing of sound money such as silver coins, such as by reducing the purity or the weight of the coins.
However, the fiat creation needs to be continuous to enable continued capitalist production and the rate at which new fiat is created needs to accelerate (the growth needs to be geometric) or the rate of expansion of the fiat currency supply gradually approaches 0% of the already existing amount over time, as the supply grows, and so does the average possible rate of profit. Expanding the fiat supply from $10 trillion to $11 trillion within a year is a yearly growth of 10% but expanding it further, from $11 trillion to $12 trillion in the subsequent year is only a growth of 9.(09)%. For the fiat supply to grow another 10% in the second year, it needs to grow from $11 trillion to $12.1 trillion instead of just $12 trillion.
GDP is not economic activity but the estimated and inferred rate of spending of fiat per year.
Inflation, including due to scarcity - which forces people to spend their fiat savings into circulation, inflates the GDP. Deflation, including due to abundance, contracts the GDP.
Fiat currency is not wealth but merely claims on wealth.
Wealth is what you spend fiat currency on, not fiat currency itself.
Capitalism is not a closed loop or system.

Further increasing the pressure to print more and ever faster is the propensity of a large part of the population and also some corporations and businesses to NOT spend all the fiat currency they receive as wages, dividends, rents, royalties or payments for goods sold or services rendered as soon as they receive said fiat currency. And instead electing to sit on part of their income as fiat currency savings in a bank. Which parks that fiat currency out of circulation, at least for a while, and thus contracts the circulating supply of fiat currency by expanding the parked supply of fiat currency. Which, in turn, makes it necessary for new fiat currency to be created and injected into circulation (by giving it to people and businesses who don't have fiat currency they would nevertheless like to spend and are willing to borrow it from a bank in order to spend it) to replace, in circulation, the fiat currency which has been parked, out of circulation, by people and business who keep at least part of their savings as fiat currency in a bank.
Yet another intrinsic, fundamental, systemic problem of the capitalist model is that fiat currency flows within it are uneven and asymmetric. For example, people pay more to businesses as payment for their goods or services than people receive back from businesses as wages, dividends, rent or royalties. This is because ALL businesses have at least expenses towards other businesses, such as suppliers and subcontractors, utilities companies. This means that people, as a whole and as a class of economic agent, pay more, on average, to businesses, as a whole and as a class of economic agent, than businesses pay back to people as wages, dividends, rent or royalties. The difference has to be perpetually made up from and through consumer credit. Which is people constantly borrowing money to make up the shortfall/discrepancy between what they need to pay for goods and services they need or want and what they themselves are paid.

There are 2 types of fiat currency:
1. Physical cash and coins printed, minted or coined by the central banks (or for them by private businesses under exclusivity contracts with the central banks).
2. Money of account. This is fictional cash and coins which don't exist physically and are just promises to pay cash or coins, in the same nominal amount, to the holder, on demand. They exist on the ledgers of the banking system.
Banks have been granted the right to "legally" deceive the entirety of society that the second type of fiat currency is the same as the first or that it doesn't exist, with the implication being that the second type of fiat currency is actually the first type when it really isn't. The proof that these two are not the same type of fiat currency, and also the proof that there is *A LOT* more of the second type in existence than the first, is that banks can run out of the first type of fiat currency to honour "withdrawal" requests against the second type, by depositors who think they're the same thing, and to avoid that happening, there are laws on the books in every country to force private individuals and businesses to store their physical fiat currency notes and coins, above a meagre amount, in banks and thus only use the second type of fiat currency for their larger transactions. In addition to this, convenience and online purchases ensure that most people prefer the second type of fiat currency.
While only central banks control the creation and issuance into circulation in the economy of the first type of fiat currency, any non-central bank anywhere can issue more of the second type of fiat currency into circulation. They do this by pretending to "lend" the first type of fiat currency to willing borrowers. But in actual fact, they just create more of the second type of fiat currency when they approve the "loan" (which is actually credit and not a loan) and issue it to the borrower. Or a credit card holder pays for something with it.

When you go to the bank or the ATM to withdraw cash, you're actually asking to have your fictional cash and coins, which only exist as digits on the digital ledger of your bank, exchanged for physical cash and coins.
Regardless of your opinion on central banks, all non-central banking is legalised fraud because non-central banks issue (create and introduce into circulation) fictional cash and coins by pretending to "lend" it to willing borrowers, who then spend it into the economy, and lying to everyone in society that that fictional cash and coins actually physically exists or is backed by existing physical cash and coins in the same actual amount. Not the case. And this is all somehow ((("legal"))) because jews lying to non-jews and deceiving them and robbing them is perfectly fine as far as jews are concerned.
However, although most banks, in most places, will allow you to exchange your fictional fiat currency notes and coins for physical fiat currency notes and coins, they will put a daily limit on how much of the first type of fiat currency you can exchange for the latter. Or, if you want to exchange large amounts, they'll make you schedule the withdrawal days to weeks in advance. And in some of the most pozzed and jewed jew world order shitholes, which are the 5 eyes countries, banks are starting to outright refuse to allow you to withdraw your cash (actually exchange your fictional cash and coins for physical ones) as steps are being taken to get rid of cash altogether there.
Without cash, bank runs aren't possible because there is no physical cash and coins you can request to have your fictional cash and coins exchanged for when you try and "withdraw" some of your cash you think exists in the bank vault. With bank runs being impossible, every non-central bank becomes its own central bank, with no limit on digital fiat currency creation. Especially combined with de facto or (in the case of the US, de jure since 2020) zero reserve requirements.

Banks are legalised fraud which creates fictional money by pretending to lend existing money but never actually lending it. This is is used to generate perpetual geometric growth of the supply of fiat currency. Which capitalism itself requires in order to enabled its continued for-financial-profit operating model. Which is not possible without constantly creating new money to mathematically enable the profits.

993
996/7 with Mezger aka GT3/Turbo, which is basically the air cooled engine with water cooling
997.2 direct injection NA engines
Any 991/2 GT3
The rest is Arab bait

Have to get the sport chrono PDCc, PTV, and PASM sadly or you’re better off with an M3 or something. Porsche loves to sell option less cars when the one you want has all the options

$1500ish mortgage (including tax and insurance). Testarossa is $114k, and I can get around $48k for my current weekend car.

>>508234243
You must be looking at the 512 TR, they go for a lot more. I'm looking at an '88. If you find one with a few miles, I've seen them go below $100k.

Gotcha. I guess putting 3k away a month for 3 years gets you there. You ever look at a 355? I was a bit underwhelmed in the testarossa with acceleration but it certainly is a beautiful car.

I think the 355 is overpriced right now. I was actually really looking at McLarens, mostly the 570S and 650S, but a Testarossa caught my eye. Going to decide on the Testarossa this weekend, not in a hurry if I go back to looking for a McLaren.

Alfa 4C, I think they're criminally cheap for the experience. It's essentially a baby exotic, but for about $50k with mostly easy maintenance.

I had a good friend with an f1, that was a car. Ive never been a fan of the turbod stuff mclarens doing these last years. 355 is definitely overpriced but i dont know if theyll ever come down, especially since the gts is a 150k car now and used to be a 60k car. Hope you find a nice testarossa, i was always a sucker for the 512m.

You can buy cheap land and build a house still. Definitely don't buy an expensive car, it's a depreciating asset. You only ever waste money so buy something cheap and practical that's not designed to break. Protip: Toyota and Honda are pretty much the only ones left that suck ass but not as bad as all other car brands.

Look up cheap plots of land or areas, where I live no one wants to live up the mountain because it snows and they have a 30 minute commute down. Me I don't mind it. You can even get a super cheap plot of land by the beach, the catch is the cheap plots are steep hillsides and curved valleys that are extremely challenging/expensive to build on. But rent a tractor and carve it out yourself, what could possibly go wrong?

And we're talking where I live 300k gets you a nice house. 20-30 mins down the mountain, 1.2mil gets you the same grade/size of house. It's nuts, normies can't stand cold weather I guess. At least it keeps the pussies away.

There's always a cheap outskirt area, maybe not as radically different in price as my area, but unfortunately that means the ghetto moves in. Lots of shitskins have taken over the mountain. I pray for harsh winters to kill them.

Pilots make 270-340k a year after about 10 years time with a company (definitely check the company pay scales and talk to other employees because some companies are shit). I'm a bodyguard for billionaires and make anywhere from 240-310k if I do travel protection details, but you're worked to the bone with 16 hour days and 6 days a week commonly. You get to see a lot of cool rich people shit and ride yachts though. Pilots get to travel for free too but it's forced travel and not to nice placed like me. Truckers can make a lot if they own their own company with multiple employees under you, but work your way up owning your own rig then start a company once you have enough clients. That's the lower end of getting to travel for money, because you're definitely only going to shitty areas by road. Idk of any other high paying gigs, sad that high paying = close to or over 300k now.
