Not only this, but now that women have to work it is far more difficult to raise children, and we're increasingly waiting until we're 30+ to have children because financial stability is important. All societies in which women have free choice will have birthrates that dip below replacement rate, and the elites cope with this by mass-importing brownoids.
This would be rectified if women weren't allowed to work or vote, but since we as half of the population already have the right to vote, it is virtually impossible to roll back women's rights through the democratic process. Almost nobody wants to vote for being more oppressed as opposed to less.
