There are multiple game breaking bugs that have been in the game for several years and despite going through multiple updates they somehow cannot fix them.
Multiple dead ends and blatantly unfinished areas. There is a unique NPC that you can basically only see several times until it's impossible to interact with. To "fairly" access even half of the content in the game you have to make multiple save files to go down a dozen different exclusive routes and grind for hours just so you don't get thrown into a neverending rape loop. Half the time you will be thrown into a neverending rape loop anyway because something in the combat broke. It's as the other anon said, it's an extremely tedious game where unless you're a tranny with AGP or a women into rape most of the content is just not worth getting to.
