I have diagnosed autism and I'm 5'9" on a good day and I have a fiance and, before meeting her, slept around with women. I could never maintain a relationship for more than 6 months but I had a lot of them. With that being said, I also became autistically obsessed with playing the dating app game and perfectly curating my profile and running 3 at once to talk to as many women as possible on as many apps as possible while changing my personality based on who I was talking to at any given time and doing things like deleting my profiles and remaking them after a week to regain my new-user MMR boost or match with women I missed the first time around.

Depends on what you mean by discard. At the very least, they can make you an outgroup as a way of facilitating a tighter ingroup. It it possible to just psychopathy max or something? Can an autist not mindset their way through it? Is that not possible? I don't know if I have autism or not, I'm asking from my experience of at the very lease being socially retarded. I was at a restaraunt yesterday with my family and I couldn't look at the waitress and my voice was kind of wobbling as I said what I wanted. I don't typically go to restaurants the last times I did was when I was younger and my parents would order, that spotlight being put on me just sort of put me off a bit. Could have been worse but it was awkward. I didn't even know how to order, I was asked about a side and then just went quiet because I didn't realize I needed to select one. Absolute social atrocity. I'd start thinking about sucide from this if such things hadn't happenned so many times before.

I can handle socializing sometimes. I think there's a mindset I could adopt to do it better, but then hindsight's 20/20 and I have very few moments I can think of where I could socialize in a way where I wasn't suffering deap down.

That said, I have a hell of a hard time with maintaining proper conversation myself, but I still TRY. I also know that the way I can go on and on about topics and subjects that I have a passion for can annoy the shit out of people, and I've learned to make an effort to look for the social signals that I'm boring people... A smile turning into a frown, them specifically looking away from me, not responding to what I'm saying, trying to change the subject, etc. I'm bat at it. But again, I try. The fact of the matter is, being autistic or as the buzzword is, "neurodivergent", means that most people just aren't going to be into what you are or know how to communicate with you and vice versa. You can either hyperfocus on the fact that you're a weirdo, or do what I've learned to do and acknowledge it, put some effort into learning to pick up on the social cues you normally wouldn't, etc.
Honestly though, moat of the time I just don't fucking care. I sometimes even tell people straight up "Yeah so I'm a bit autistic and can go on about shit. I really won't get offended if you tell me you don't care about something." and oddly enough a lot of normies will respect you more if you're up front with them about the fact that you're kinda socially retarded.

Even someone autistic will be included socially if they are attractive, people will give them a chance and not think so ill of them if they do anything awkward or cringe, parents will commit to making sure they grow up to be a well rounded individual and intervene if they see they are lonely and have no friends or any other problems, they will have ample practice and coaching to walk the tightrope

If you are not attractive there is none of that human feeling and people's morality wears thin until they realize they can discard it with no consequence. They start to feel like they are the victim having to deal with you then resent you because of it, because "why can't you be normal", their life would be so much easier, instead they're stuck with you for years, if they do not get rid of you they normalize ignoring you and putting in minimal effort, just waiting until you're 18 and you're out the door. It starts that vicious cycle, you are excluded, so you have less opportunity to socialize, your development is arrested and you get excluded even more, especially when you become a hormonal gangly teenager.

Look at music videos from goth and early postpunk acts and those will give you some pointers. I will tell you that the basic goth "uniform" is junkie-fit pants in some kind of black material, often jaquard, leather, or black denim, paired with linen hippie shirts or poet shirts, preferably tucked, accesorized with blitz boots, also known as pikes or winklepickers, some silver jewelery, and teased or backcombed hairstyles. That's basic entry level stuff. Some of it like the boots is actually pretty hard to come by today, teased hair is also a bit less common except among elder goths. I used to have a backcombed style of mohawk called a Deathhawk until I started trying to tone it down a bit looking to get a better job. I also like to wear jewelery that uses animal teeth or bones.
But again, don't wear the style if you're only going to make it skin deep. That's how you gain disgust, derision, and probably get beaten up.
