Unironically the entire board of directors need to get removed and replaced with competent people who actually know what they're doing.
The people at the top are ruining everything through negligence and adopting DEI to please investors.

Expansions are "Packages" according to Yoshi-P. It's not going to change. He's not going to innovate.
