>what he really needs to tackle is the teleromes problem.
This is only part of the aging problem, but see...

>A landmark 24-week randomized controlled trial (Multistrain Probiotics) investigated multistrain probiotics in 124 patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) (62 receiving probiotics, 62 receiving placebo). The probiotic group was administered 30 billion CFUs daily of 14 strains, including Lactobacillus plantarum, L. fermentum, and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Telomere length, assessed using quantitative PCR, exhibited a lesser decline in the probiotic group (-0.08 ± 0.07, p < 0.001) compared to the placebo group (-0.10 ± 0.07, p < 0.001), resulting in a significant between-group difference (p = 0.036).

You're keeping your IGF-1 too chronically jacked up for longevity; that's like just bulk cycle type-stuff.

Ten years from now people are still going to be bitching about A.I.s hallucinating fake anti-aging peptides, even if they can already spit out a short list of supplements with enough prompting better than most doctors. Humans are going to need a major re-engineering of DNA repair mechanisms and autophagy to reliably survive past around 150, and it's doubtful A.I.s are even that helpful there.

>Caryota maxima leaf extract extends Caenorhabditis elegans lifespan by inducing mono-unsaturated fatty acid accumulation via DAF-2 signaling

>Chemical analysis revealed that JM13001 contains flavonoids such as rutin, isoquercitrin, and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, among which rutin alone was sufficient to reproduce the anti-aging and lipid accumulation promotion effects of JM13001 through DAF-2 signaling. This study identifies a novel geroprotective herbal extract and its active ingredient, thereby providing insights into the anti-aging mechanisms of natural geroprotectors via MUFA metabolism regulation.
