I believe yoga is true. But Hinduism with it's Indra and Vayu and Agni, Shiva, Brahma, and so on, that part isn't. Can you give me advice on how to reconcile this with reality?

I have long believed I am spiritually highly developed. In another thread someone called me a beginner. He didn't elaborate. I'm not sure whether I believe that. But if it's true, can you, if you think you have much knowledge about spirit, teach me? I need more knowledge, thank you for the effort.

I realized something crucial for achieving enlightenment. You need to discard everything and just follow your heart. You don't need to be any religion, you just need your heart. It will reveal everything to you with enough time and effort towards getting revelations. I have started on this path eight or nine years ago. I started being an ascetic and meditating. I'm still an ascetic and meditate. And pray. So, the path is only one. There is no other true path. There is no other refuge for man. I have found it. I am walking on it. And I will see god face to face once I'm done. Thanks for reading and have a good day.

Here is my personal solution to the problem of evil. God isn't omnipotent. There is god, and there is ignorance. Ignorance as a force I have not yet perfectly discerned yet but it's something beyond the reach of god. God is also not a being with a mind and senses, but a living spirit. He does everything that isn't done through ignorance. Ignorance on the other hand is a force opposing god, and when a human does something evil, it's in the spirit of ignorance, and thus god cannot destroy it's existence or prevent it from happening. If this is not allowed then I accept that, but I need to make the thread, I want to produce meaningful discussion, I always learn good stuff from these threads and I think more than one other person here as well.
