i applied to many english teaching jobs through one of my friends who's working there right now, i have double the qualifications he does (he doesn't have a degree and it's his first teaching job and he speaks no japanese at all, i have three years teaching experience and an n4) and i still got told to go fuck myself lmao, the only reason we can think of is because i'm not american
