I just cant put my mind off bicycles, riding and stuff for whatever reasons. right now I even want to try take off the wheel and try to dissemble the rear hub for knowledge & experience. but I'm afraid it will end up costing me money becuz I will 100% fuck it up

Hello frens, I almost got into a fight at the gym:
>Be at the gym
>Some retard there always loads up a ton of weight in the machines, moves them line an inch and looks around smugly, I don't really care about that
>Today and old lady in her 70s called him out on it because she can't really take the weights off by herself
>He starts getting quite agressive and looks like he's gonna punch the lady, I decide to intervene and tell him to stop being so self centered and to put the weights back like everyone else
>Gets even more mad and start coming to me and I push him off(he's line 60kg), he trips
>Some of the gym workers runs up to us and threaten him to call the police
Dude has been banned from the gym

weak anon here, I've been working out for 1 week with 20kg barbell. today I changed it to 26kg (I only have two 3kg plates, the rest is 5kgs) and every time I lift it up I feel like either my wrist or elbow will get injured. how should I proceed with it?

context: I'm a third worldie and can't afford hospital bills at all. my goal is being strong enough to do pullups, carry a fat bitch and swim while saving a person's life

thank for the answer, but I'm sorry I don't fully get it yet.

are u saying something like: I don't need to replace anything right now, at all. I keep 1x12 -> lock/disable the derailleur by turning the screw (idk how to do it). then remove the shifter and finish?

does it make my bike more "sturdy"? I heard 12-speed chain is less durable. I just want to pedal at the 2nd smallest sprocket now for as long as I can (without paying for replacements).
