How can a chan board be protected from feds and Discord posting child porn on it intentionally?

I want gore and fedposting but specifically no CP, or porn at all for that matter.

Would AI be able to somehow filter out pornographic images while letting everything else through?

Basically, I want to get into selective or intergenerational breeding as a hobby. I find the concept interesting and I like the idea of seeing change overtime.
