I've been trying to figure this out since chapter 2 and am stumped. Was hoping for further Ciphers in subsequent chapters but there weren't. there IS however some spooky NIGHTMARE connections with ERAM. The mouth actually closely resembles it and the obvious "eram is 'mare" backwards thing and the tie between "burning eyes" and Kris wearing the ICE-E mask
