And he ate more peanut butter later in the day. And he was eating on the toilet!!! Imagine if he'd gotten poop in his glass wounds, he would have died a few months earlier than he did. That amount of food in a day is legendary. I thought the lunch was huge but then he repeats it at dinner AND eats two large pizzas on top of it? That's impressive. I just don't understand how anyone could afford that. I know dumbasses on here think they somehow get thousands of dollars of government money to do that, but there are no such programs. I'm guessing they're amassing tremendous credit card debt if they aren't just bankrupting their parents somehow.
In The Whale the guy has a full-time teaching job and a shit apartment so it makes sense that he has money, but he also buys groceries and isn't ordering in every meal or even every day.
