yea that can be pretty fucked, at some point used to have suicidal thoughts every day - too much hassle to ever go through it though.
but you can learn to accept and let those thinkings go, and replace them with something else. just takes time. and if you're depressed you gotta change your circumstances in some way, any way, it tends to be a spiral that feeds itself trying to cope with a shitty environment.
