He knows how to write decent dialogue. Problem is his stupid obsession of over-explaining absolutely everything. Last game cutscenes explained it to the player 3 fucking times that Mads is Reeds father. You only needed the first one where you can put two and two together but then Kojima thinks the players are retarded and decides to explain it a 2nd time in a long unskippable cutscene and finally a third time in a long half an hour cutscene which is the exact same shit happening but from a different camera angle.
