95% of the time you're just eating too many calories (even when you think you aren't, see pic). 5% of the time its a water thing and you need to give it a few weeks.
Try eating less and be mindful of calories you might be forgetting to log, because your body isn't.

You're likely just undercounting your calories to the tune of ~500 thus the only thing that "works" is cutting what you think is ~1000 calories but what is in actuality ~500.

>but im completly stuck for 2 months now
>*taps sign*
You're somehow eating maintenance, you need to eat less than you're currently eating to continue your weight loss. As the other anon suggested go back to square one, recalculate your TDEE, establish a 500~1000kcal deficit, weigh and log EVERYTHING you put into your body, yes that includes the tiny little snacks you sneak and the extra splash of oil you accidentally dropped in the pan when cooking. Something is taking you out of deficit and only you can figure out what it is, good luck.

> don't eat unhealthily (zero fast foods, zero alcohol),
You don't have to eat fast food or drink alcohol to get fat. You can get fat eating "healthy" foods quite easily. All you need to do to get fat is regularly eat a surplus of calories which is very easy to do even when avoiding fast food and alcohol.
> I usually have a single meal a day
This doesn't preclude the reality that you're eating too much. You can eat a surplus of calories in a single meal quite easily.
Count your calories, all of them.
