Guys I was thinking about this today but what if the Deltarune and Homestuck connection is actually more closer than we think.
what if chapter 5 really is "the end" of the story and prophecy according to gerson where no matter if we're in the weird route of not out choices don't matter and we get the same ending?
What if what we're playing now is the equivalent to a doomed session pre-scratch?
What if chapter 6+7 is a "post scratch" session where the only actually successfully way to defeat the prophecy is by "breaking the game"? (in same way that in order to defeat lord english you have to break the narrative)
what if chapter 6+7 is Toby's "cascade" event where everything comes together and the game itself opens up and that's why we were supposed to have 3+4+5 originally and 6+7 seemingly being far off because of massive scope.
