That's only because big corpos like to hire people who lack morals to write immoral code like spyware into the OS or whatever else. Why are they immoral? Hinduism.
The average American programmer isn't going to write a dystopian spyware OS that forces updates on people which break stuff. They also like to mass import H1B visa workers to lower the cost of labor and pay people less than they're worth.
Basically, Indians are the perfect willing cog in the corporate cronyist machine of anti-consumer practices.

And of course I'm glossing over the Catholic cult's inquisitions and burning of Bibles and burning people for translating the Bible or teaching their kids the Lord's prayer and all the rest of it.
