I mean are they wrong? Nobody liked or wanted the open world shit and all it did was take away valuable dev time that could’ve been spent on content people would’ve liked. Free roam has fuck all to do, grand prix was ruined, and while knockout tour is fun it’s ultimately a gimmick sidemode to proper races. Being able to choose random was the sole reprieve from the slop except now they’ve taken it away since people were skirting the unfun part of the game. So under those circumstances, outside of the /v/eekend threads, why would you ever even play this game?
