Papyrus has yet to make an appearance in Deltarune
besides that, i suppose Robert from Bloodstained Curse of the Moon 2, i like his no-nonsense attitude and his gameplay, very different for a classicvania type of game
but since the next game in the Bloodstained saga, Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement, takes place around 300 years in the past, hes not going to make an appearance, thats certain

to this day, Undertale is of the best video game stories for me, maybe Deltarune will surpass it, but im not sure, UT was simply so... tight, like, you trimmed every bit of fat from the story and every single thing makes perfect sense within the setting, on top of the fact is a story that can only ever work as a video game, there will never be an Undertale Movie or Book, the narrative and the gameplay are completely intertwined, trying to take the story separate is like trying to separate eggs after you've scrambled them
but that just makes the story elegant and concise, tobias also somehow made UT one of the funniest games ive ever played and one of the most emotional too, and i just happen to really enjoy comedy and drama, so he got me there
DR has me real excited because, the one "flaw" in UT is that the gameplay was just OK, its fun, but nothing outstanding, DR mechanics are a significant improvement, specially with bosses that change the formula, the story doesnt feel as "trimmed" as UT yet, but i like it a lot, if tomboy's end result is anywhere near as satisfying as UT, this could make it into my top 10 vidya, thats exciting
