Dude I don't understand tekken 8 lidia either.. T7 was simple..either you interrupt her going into 2nd stance or you try the mixup of the first stance.. in heat tho.. I dunno man. I just fucking guess. It's all homing from there. But I'm pretty sure she abides by the rules of Tekken8 which are "airborne moves can't be parried" so you should be able to hopkick her stance parry.
