There are so many things wrong with this industry. The moment, the one single moment, someone tries to start a movement to fix ONE of the many, many, wrongs with video games; they get pushback.... from gamers.... Wtf.
Do gamers really like taking it up the butt? Do gamers unironically support and defend shitty practices?!
This movement is such a clear cut thing - do you want more rights, yes or yes - there is no No, unless you're retarded.
Also people who think we should just let companies self regulate are beyond helpless - no fucking company is going to "self-regulate" if it will affect their bottom line, this is why government intervention and regulation is necessary.
