I honestly don't understand how no one has realized I've been working 2h a day at most for the last 2 years while lots of people have been fired for under performing.

I willingly went back to the office 3 days a week so the days I'm home don't feel that dreadful.

I'm an idiot, there is no other way to put it.
I started working here almost 6 years ago. Had no degree and no experience so getting hired was a big achievement for me. Place had a shitty codebase and everyone wrote pajeet tier code, but I needed the job. Never worked with a really competent developer, so I was unaware of my own skill level. I kept improving, got a couple of raises and the thing stagnated.
I've learnt next to nothing in the past 3 years and now I'm just like them. I do the bare minimum, I don't try anymore, and I have zero will to do any coding or learn anything on my free time.
I know I have to get out of here, specially because I want more money, but the willpower I need in order to start putting some hours and learning new shit simply isn't there anymore. When I'm done I'd rather do anything but coding.
