>For regular people the hours they've already put into the game
If they've put even less hours into the game, then 3 weeks is worth even LESS than I said you retarded dolt.
All anti-rerollers are paid cygames shills who, a week and a half from now, will be full on pushing FOMO on kitablack to make people swipe. But I will be getting her, MLB, for FREE. Cope and seethe you 50-cents-a-post SEApag.

Sorry bro, I need to borrow Manhattan real quick. I think if we put her in a centrifuge for an hour her friend will materialise.

wait until you've done a couple runs to upgrade your support cards so you actually know which stats are useful and what sort of decks you might want to run, you'll end up burning loads of currency otherwise. I'd also say you want to dump 50+ rolls into support cards early in so you can try to get a workable deck together in terms of SSRs and SRs. Also don't get baited by metafags, there's absolutely no need to roll on meta cards / predominantly support cards unless you're going hard into pvp and it makes career mode way too easy (of course, feel free to go in that direction if you get into pvp, metafriends just have a tendency to give very aggressive advice as if it applies to everyone when it really just applies to the 5% interested in high-level pvp

the rate for 3*s is 3% as opposed to hoyo's 0.6% which is significantly higher, although instead of the rate-up being a 50/50 it's closer to a 25/75. You get a "spark" at 200 rolls on a banner that you can trade in to guarantee the rate-up instead, and the spark counter doesn't carry between banners like pity does in hoyo games. After a banner ends the character gets put into the standard pool and can show up as a spook at any point going forwards, so it isn't quite as bad as in hoyo stuff. There also isn't nearly as much of a meta so there isn't the same pressure to roll for "good" horses like in hoyo games so much as you can just roll for whoever you like.
