Thanks for the detailed answer anon.
Sounds like a pretty chill game I might actually try the EN server.
Before Blue Archive I mostly played Limbus because it was very story rich, similar to this case one anon eventually talked about BA in the limbus general and I tried the game
I gotta admit that Story focused gachas seem more fulfilling than the ones focused on gameplay or fanservice.
Probably I'm the minority here but my main enjoyment of BA comes from the story, not from being a 100% female focused game, for that reason I don't mind stories with mixed or male cast.

>watch a fairly popular variety streamer on twitch
>dude started trying gachas and other live service games
>dude tried Blue Archive
>he liked the game
>he got too familiar with the BA community
>dude started plap plap posting about Ibuki with crying emotes in his twitter account
>all his sponsors left him
>his fanbase cancelled him
>twitch cancelled it's partnership
>now he has moved to youtube and only gets like 20 viewers per stream
BA literally killed his career

>pokeymon cards,...

Don't remind me Yuuka
>went to visit my boomer parents last spring for a week since they needed help
>took with me some boxes that contained work related stuff, pokemon cards I wanted to sort, and other pending stuff to do
>went out to the town to buy all the shit I needed to make the home repairs they asked me
>while I was out they burned my pokemon cards and the work papers
>several graded cards which were valued around $5000 burned them to a crisp in the backyard
>they didn't even did it out of spite or malice
>they were just doing spring cleaning and decided for some reason to burn all the "old cardboard" and "old papers" on my old room
>they also burned a thick roll of $$$ bills inside a box they had stashed on their own bedroom as emergency savings because they forgot the money was there
