It'll probably be bait due to the number of people getting baited into doing it, but I wanna play Smite. I remember playing Smite years ago and loving how it felt.
I think Slayer is definitely the way to go at the start because it is just strong by default and then later on you can transition into Champion if you manage to get all the fort stuff. However, I am torn. Should I go one handed + shield or two handed?
>One Hand + Shield has significantly less damage (like 50-60%) but can easily get 65/65 block and is in general more tanky. It is difficult to cap block AND get 7 endurance/frenzy charges cause of all the travel so you likely have to settle for less charges or skip out on them
>Two hand does way more damage but is squisher and is basically relying 100% on endurance charges for most of its defense, at least early on. Can eventually equip a Rakiata's for huge damage on just a unique so no crafting a weapon
>Both probably get outclassed by a late game dual wield with Paradoxica + Saviour especially if you go Champ
What do you guys think other than I am a retard for going Smite?
