Who think beer and football constitute high culture. Who flunk their tests and interviews, and are then surprised they did. They know no classicism, and the inside of their minds is filled with null and void.

Unlike the US, my ancestral country has a vibrant culture, founded on 5000 years of history. We have not one, but multiple cuisines. Our culture promotes harmony (和谐) and respect for elders (孝顺). Our spirituality intentionally distances itself from the throes of Abrahamic individualism, the disastrous consequences of which are evident in the Middle East today.

You know what? Maybe y'all were fucking right. Maybe I AM too good for this greasy, oily dump. My issue isn't keeping up with coursework. Got plenty of A's and a few B's / C's on my transcript. My issue is landing a CS (not even necessarily SWE) job in today's pozzed job market. Like I've even been landing interviews for data analyst or QA roles that pay only 50k/yr and am getting turned down. Fucking sucks.
